Bisham Abbey Golf Club Ladies Team Keeps Women’s Swimming Project GoingAt first sight, the link between Golf and Swimming might seem remote, but not when the captain of the Ladies Team at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre is the mother of a swimmer in one of Christina’s swimming classes in England. The ladies have played golf all year raising money for the Women’s Swimming Project and we were delighted to receive a cheque from their Captain, Lindsey Carter, to help keep the Project going on the south coast of Sri Lanka. All-girl privacy is something the ladies of Bisham understand clearly and we are very grateful for their support.
